Raw Nacho Dip from Thrive

This dip is amazing! It is super quick and everyone who has tasted it, loves it! This recipe is from the restaurant, Thrive in Seattle. http://generationthrive.com/

Raw & Vegan Nacho Dip!

2 cups cashew
2 small red bell pepper
1 – 2 Jalapenos
2-4 garlic cloves
1/3 red onion
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup heaping Nutritional yeast
¼ cup Tahini
2 tsp salt
½ cup water (as more as needed)

Combine all ingredients in a Vitamix, blender, or food processor until smooth.
Garnish with parsley or cilantro
