Are you Acidic?

Acidosis is common in America due to the “SAD” diet. The Standard American Diet, is filled with processed foods, over-consumption of grain fed animals, and a plethora of artificial sweeteners which are all related to acidosis. When the body is acidic it is more susceptible to fatigue and illness and has a difficult time detoxifying, repairing, and absorbing minerals and other nutrients. In addition to an acid forming diet, emotional stress & toxic overload can cause acidosis.

For optimum balance, your pH level should be between 6.8 and 7.2. To restore your health,  consume 80% alkalizing foods and 20% acidifying foods for a couple weeks and then retest using a pH strip. (contact me if you need more info)  After you restore your health, an optimum diet consist of 60% alkalizing forming foods and 40% low acidifying foods.
