How Sweet is It? From Harvard School of Public Health

This post is for the Labsters who are participating in the Lean-Out Challenge and to a dear friend who likes orange juice, diet coke/root beer, coffee w/a packet of sugar and Gatorade!  The chart below shows the amount of calories and the amount of sugar in teaspoons in each 12 ounces beverage.

If you are having a hard time reading the text (from right to left) Cranberry Juice Cocktail, Orange Soda, Orange Juice, Cola, FDA definition of Reduced Calorie, Sports Drink, New target for Food industry, Seltzer with a splash of juice, Coffee with a packet of sugar, BEST BET: Sugar-free naturally Water & Tea.
