Blue Valley Meats is located in SE Washington at the foot of the Blue Mountains, we are founded on the belief that what we eat should taste great, be healthy for us, and come from local farms where people, animals and the environment are treated with respect. Blue Valley Meats come predominantly from Washington State, but we leave open the possibility of working with select growers in Idaho and Oregon as well, with an emphasis on working with producers who live as close to us in Walla Walla as possible. We are based just 90 miles from Idaho and just one mile from the Oregon border, so those states are “local” to us.

How? Place your order online, pay with a credit card and pick up at The Lab on the date scheduled. The drop off time will be around Noon on the scheduled Friday so you will need to make arrangements to pick up your meat.
What? Beef, lamb, pork, poultry and seafood.
All of the beef and lamb products are: raised locally in open pastures, fed diets consisting ONLY of grass and other types of leafy vegetation, NEVER fed corn or other grains and NEVER given treatments of hormones or antibiotics
